Description
A dangerous gang of Juggalos has taken over Sandy Shores. No one knows where they came from or what they want — but now they roam the streets in violent groups, brutally attacking anyone in sight. Their motives remain a mystery, though some locals believe their minds have been clouded by powerful hallucinogens.
