The Livestream Can Activate When You:
- Start shooting
- Enter combat
- Receive a wanted level
- Trigger the robbery system
- Manually activate the livestream with F2
Once the livestream starts, the mod searches for a nearby civilian NPC to become the camera operator.
Some bugs come from the mod itself and have nothing to do with my translation.
