Description
With this script, it’s possible to make vehicles within a user-defined area appear with the license plate you desire. The script is auto-initiating and configurable via a file named ‘plateareas.txt’, where you mark the starting X, Y, Z coordinates and the ending X, Y, Z coordinates followed by the plate ID. For example, if you’re using the “Vice City” map mod located west of Los Santos and want all vehicles in that area to spawn with Vice City plates, add the following line to the plateareas.txt file:
text
area1, -5400, -4105, -1000, -2500, -970, 1900, 14
Here’s What Each Part Means:
area1: User-defined area name.
5400: Starting X coordinate.
4105: Starting Y coordinate.
1000: Starting Z coordinate.
2500: Ending X coordinate.
1900: Ending Z coordinate.
14: Vice City plate ID.
Game Positioning Units:
X Coordinate: West to East.
Y Coordinate: South to North.
Z Coordinate: Low to High elevation.
This way, while the player is within the defined area, all newly spawned vehicles will naturally appear with the Vice City plate. Vehicles spawned before this or by other means will not have their plates changed.
Put the carplates.cs and Plateareas.txt in the script folder
