In OpenIV put the trains1.dat trains4.dat and trains.xml into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
Map Editor
put all files from map editor into GTAV/scripts
next make a Autoloadsmap file into GTAV/scripts
then put LSLocal.xml into GTAV/scripts/Autoloadmaps
