Copy the bmci folder to the following path: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks;
In the OpenIV program, find the file: X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml, then open edit mode and add the line: dlcpacks:bmci;
Save the changes and replace with the OpenIV program in the following path: Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data.
