Download 2023 MG Cyberster Add-On | Extra V1.1 GTA 5 Vehicle Mod

Open GTA V game folder.
mgcyberster23 folder, drag it to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
Open dlclist.xml
Open OpenIV, select GTA V.
go to mods > update > update.rpf > common > data
Open “Edit Mode” and press “Yes”, then select “dlclist.xml”, right click and press “Edit”.
dlcpacks:/mgcyberster23/
and press “Save”
Spawn Name: mgcyberster23
