2. Unzip with OpenIV
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml

or X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml

Then open with notepad and add a new line

dlcpacks:/oycta24/
Save it and replace it with OpenIV.
