gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Next, edit the dlclist.xml file located in:

mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Add the following line to the dlclist.xml and save the changes:

dlcpacks:/gtd/

Finally, exit the editor.

Spawn Command:

SPAWN: gtd
