Description

This mod modifies the games core files to unlock realistic steering wheel hardware rotation for 70 to 80 default cars in GTA V. It allows the steering wheels to rotate realistically up to 480 degrees and adjustable up to 900 plus degrees in settings. This is perfect for keyboard and standard controller players who love the driving view.

Please Note Important
This is our first mod release. Please note that this mod permanently forces the mechanical steering wheel to rotate at 480 degrees regardless of which camera view you are using. However the characters hand steering animations will still remain at the games default setup so the hands and the wheel might look slightly desynced. It is an amazing baseline for anyone looking to build upon or improve it.

Installation

1 Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode
2 Go to OpenIV > GTA V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5
3 Replace the existing vehicles meta file with the one provided in this mod
4 Launch the game and enjoy
