1. Drag the dtmrs6nm Folder In
GTA 5 > Mods > Update > X64 > Dlcpacks
2. Add a line in Dlclist.xml at
GTA 5 > Mods > Update > update.rpf > common > data
Add “dlcpacks:/dtmrs6nm/” without quotes and save.
