Go to OpenIV and follow the path: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Copy the .rpf with the car to this folder.
Then go to the path: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
and find the dlclist.xml file. Open it and add the following line to the end of the file: dlcpacks:/chery_eq7/
Installation is complete! Go to the game.
