No dials
hands are sort of on steeringwheel
I believe the windows break not so sure
I few gaps in the meshes
and some other bugs maybe found

All Lights Function properly
Handicap Door opens but handicap loader is not functional

Installation instructions
1.Drag and drop collins folder into Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2.Edit DLCLIST Add this line dlcpacks:/collins/
3.Spawn name is collins
4.ENJOY
