1. Navigate to “SP” Folder
2. Put the “gom_gstap1” folder in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3. Add this line -> dlcpacks:/gom_gstap1/ to the dlclist.xml (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data)

Flippers (you’ll understand when you drive)
