1. Drop the “sghnsxgt3” folder to: Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks

2. Extract “dlclist.xml” from update/update.rpf/common/data/

3. Use notepad to open it, add the new line:

dlcpacks:/sghnsxgt3/

4. Save and replace it in OpenIV

5. Extract “extratitleupdatedata.meta” from update/update.rpf/common/data/

6: Use Notepad To Open It, And Add:

dlc_sghnsxgt3:/
update:/dlc_patch/sghnsxgt3/

7. Save and replace it in OpenIV

8. Spawn it by name: sghnsxgt3
