FiveM
Put the scythe folder in your server resources
Add ensure scythe to server.cfg
Restart the server

Singleplayer
Copy Singleplayer/scythe to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Using OpenIV, add dlcpacks:/scythe/ as a new Item in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Spawn it with a trainer using scythe
