This Uranus is from GTAIV is not the newer one from the Agents of Sabotage update because I made this before the update

Installation:
1. Copy Uranusc Folder To:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV Go To:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line

dlcpacks:/uranusc/

This Mod Features:
GTAV Interior with tuner details

Bugs:
wheels clipping on the fenders
