2. Add the following entry to “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml”
dlcpacks:/hsrvicclassic/

3. Spawn addon cars via SNT (simple native trainer). Spawn names are:
“hsr30cngvicclassic” for HSR Grande West bus
