1. Copy Italigtoc Folder To:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks

2. Use OpenIV Go To:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line

dlcpacks:/italigtoc/

This Mod Features:
Twin Turbo V12

Custom wide body kit (with a bolt-on version as and option)
Customizable exterior and interior
Turbo Fans (I recommend using vstancer if you’re going to use the turbo fans or just don’t lower the car)
Livery template and Liveries

New engine sound

Bugs:
Spinning turbo blades are wonky
Brake turbo fans don’t lower with the suspension upgrades
