Installation:
Open OpenIV and navigate to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Copy the .rpf file containing the vehicle into this folder.
Then go to: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
and locate the file dlclist.xml. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:/j7_plus/
Installation complete! Enter the game.
