How to Install [Add-on]:

NB: Always remember to make backups before installing mods!

1. Place the folder named fenomeno in [Game Folder]/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/.
2. Start OpenIV and click Edit mode.
3. Navigate to [Game Folder]/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml.
4. Right-click it, select Edit, and then add the following line:
5. dlcpacks:/fenomeno/

5. Save, and That’s It!

Use any trainer to spawn the car.
Car spawn name: fenomeno.
