1. Place the folder named urusse in [Game Folder]/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/.
2. Use OpenIV to extract:
   • [Game Folder]/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
3. Open the extracted file with Notepad and add the following line:
   • dlcpacks:/urusse/
4. Save the changes and use OpenIV to replace the original file.

Done!
