🔧 Installation Instructions:
Copy The Folder “emc_svj63m” To:
/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Open Update.rpf From:
/Grand Theft Auto V/update/ using OpenIV
Navigate to: /common/data/
Extract dlclist.xml to your desktop.

Open dlclist.xml with a text editor and add the following line:

makefile
dlcpacks:/emc_svj63m/
Save and replace the original file with your modified version.

Install VehFuncs V
Then place the “VehFuncsV” folder into the root directory of your GTA V installation.

Once installed, use a trainer or car spawner to spawn the vehicle.
Spawn Name: emc_svj63m
