Finally, I got this one finished. NASCAR cars do not have a license plate, but for the sake of the game, I added one. A member, ChevoyyyNFS, wanted this made, so I created it.

gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

dlclist.xml Found At:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

Right-click on dlclist.xml, then click on Edit.

Then scroll to the bottom and hit Enter to add an empty space.

Add the line dlcpacks:/nextgen/ to the dlclist and save, then exit.

SPAWN: nextgen
