Installation Instructions:
1. Move “ns81_nlspdpack” folder with its contents (dlc.rpf) to [Grand Theft Auto V folder]/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
2. Add the following line to the bottom of the dlclist.xml file, located at [Grand Theft Auto V folder]/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
dlcpacks:/ns81_nlspdpack/
3. If you wish to install the DLS v2 configs – having already installed DLS v2 – drag and drop the DLS folder in your plugins folder.
