• Paste the file (82turbohp) inside this path
• Then go to update > update.Rpf > common > data > scroll down and open “dlclist.Xml”
• Paste this line with other Items “dlcpacks:/82turbohp/”
• Save and close
• Open the game and spawn it by using “TrainerV” then type: 82turbohp
