Open OpenIV and navigate to the path: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Copy the .rpf file with the car into this folder.
Then navigate to the path: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
and find the dlclist.xml file. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:/primera_p10/
Installation complete! Enter the game.
