• Drag politalirsx to your dlcpacks folder where Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks is
• Go to your dlclist through this path – Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
• Add the line to your dlclist – dlcpacks:/politalirsx/
• spawn code – politalirsx
