Go to OpenIV and navigate to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Copy the .rpf file with the car to this folder.
Then go to: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
and find the dlclist.xml file. Open it and add the following line at the end of the file: dlcpacks:/carina_e_93/
Installation is complete! Enter the game.
