1-Put the “fj2022” folder into the dlcpacks with exactly folder structure as Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
2-Edit dlclist.xml (Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml) and add a line “dlcpacks:/fj2022/”. To spawn the car, you can use any trainer or
3-for example Menyoo SP by using the trainer and spawn the car with name “fj2022
