Installation:
for GTAV go ahead and drop into your mods folder, update, X64, dlcpacks, and drop puhustler in there, make sure to add dlcpacks:/puhustler/ to your update.rpf > common, data, dlclist.xml.
for FiveM go ahead and drop puhustler into your resources folder and add it onto your server cfg.
