The Glock 17 Gen 5 is a fifth generation Glock firearm, incorporating new features and changes compared to the previous generation. 5th generation Glock pistols lack finger grooves, but allow backstrap customization like the Gen 4, and have ambidextrous slide stop levers. The slide edges are slanted, which was previously the case on the Glock 34. Current production Gen 5 pistols also have front slide serrations.
This model features 2 magazines: standard and with a magazine extender.
