Download True Weapon Sounds Overhaul V1.1 GTA 5 Mod

This mod overhauls the weapon sounds in GTA V, giving them a deeper, more realistic and impactful tone. The weapons I focused on can be found at the end of this text file.

Notes:

• always take a backup of your original files
• requirements for this mod: OpenIV, ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet

Installation:
Navigate to: /mods/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf/

• replace weapons.awc with the file inside the folder called “into resident”

Also navigate to: /mods/x64/audio/sfx/WEAPONS_PLAYER.rpf/

• replace everything inside with the files inside the folder called “into weapons_player”
