These brownstone apartments have been standing for over 100 years! In recent memory, the third floors and basements have been converted into apartments, making for a total of 7 fully functional units of varying sizes! There are two large luxurious townhomes, each with three bedrooms and ample living space. On the third floor are two 2-bedroom apartments with multiple balconies and in the basement are situated three apartments, 2 1-bedrooms and one 2-bedroom. Each unit has its style and state of renovation. Take your pick!
