Now included is a “Stack of Comic Books” clutter item that also serves as a bookshelf pre-loaded with all ten comic books for §50 and a txt file that reminds what the effects of each book are.

If your Sims have too little time to properly inculcate the five Character Values from Parenthood (Responsibility, Emotional Control, Conflict Resolution, Empathy, and Manners) into their children, they can find help…in comic books!

Although they have a variety of effects for readers of various ages, these custom (superhero comic) books for your Sims to read are, first and foremost, designed to make it easier for children (and teens) to acquire the five Character Values. Each is only §5 and can be found under the Children’s Genre (for convenience) as well as other Genres appropriate to their subjects.

All Readers Receive The Following Emotional Buffs:

• Superman: Confident +1
• Batman: Focused +1
• Wonder Woman: Happy +1
• Aquaman: Playful +1
• The Flash: Energized +1
• Green Lantern: Inspired +1
• Martian Manhunter: Focused +1
• Green Arrow: Confident +1
• Justice League: Energized +1
• Justice Society: Inspired +1

They all increase the diminution of Bored buffs by 50% and slow their acquisition by 50%. In addition:

• Superman and Justice Society have that effect on Sad buffs;
• Batman and Green Lantern have that effect on Scared buffs;
• Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter have that effect on Stressed buffs;
• Aquaman and Green Arrow have that effect on Embarrassed buffs;
• Flash and the Justice League have that effect on Angry buffs.

• Wonder Woman: Emotional Control -10%; Conflict Resolution +20%; Empathy +10%; Manners +10%
