It requires one to be employed in the Entertainer Career (which I have plans to expand).

Custom reward trait: Virtuoso
It allows Sims to build music and performance skills and fame 2x, gives the Piper trait rewards, and adds a new buff when licensed songs that allows for sims to license songs every day as opposed to every week.

Amateur Artist (200 points)
Learn an Instrument
Join Entertainer Career
Reach Level 2 in Performance Skill

Rising Performer (375 points)
Reach Level 4 in 2 Performance Skills

Choose Entertainer career branch
Produce 5 Tracks

Recording Star (2100 points)
Reach Level 8 in 2 Performance Skill
Write Jingles on 3 Different Instruments
Release 3 Tracks
Reach Level 8 in Branch

Platinum Artist (4250 points)
Reach Top of Entertainer Career
Release 7 Tracks
License 2 Songs
Achieve Level 2 Fame
