This override mod has two files. Please note Install only one according to your needs.

PromposalSign_NoAudience
Surrounding Sims no react to “Present Promposal Sign” actions.

PromposalSign_IncreasedReactionDistance
Doubles the default range of surrounding sims that react to actions.
The default value is 4. I changed this to 8. This means that Sims within about 8 grids of the Sim performing the action will react.
