A smooth lighting system has been added.

Global lighting has been added for the parking lights.
Fixed the behavior of the lower taillights.
Adjusted the brightness of the interior lighting.
Parking lights now turn on only when the headlights or high beams are on.
Added license plate lighting.
Added reflective properties to the reflectors.
Paint settings have been adjusted to match the paint schemes of the MD series buses.
