Belaz Mod Rework:

Two configurations (clean and dirty);
Fixed textures;
Steering fix: I adjusted the steering mechanism’s geometry. The wheels may still tilt slightly, but it’s much less noticeable now;
Dirty texture: Added a version with a “dirty” skin.
