Update/revamp of the ETK W series, adapted to the latest BeamNG standards (v0.38)

What’s New:
PBR textures and materials (most of them; I wasn’t able to do the interior)
Opening doors
Halogen lighting
Luggage compartments and roof rack
Every configuration has been reworked (now supports any paint color and generates a license plate!!)
Use of the paint library and some custom colors
Police flashing light and siren
Cute little aftermarket fog lights for the front bumper
Fixed tire sizes on the rims
Added intake system, intake manifold, and oil pan damage for each engine
Moved the fuel tank to the rear of the back seat
Replaced the horn sound with the one from the I-Series
Separated the rear and windshield

Added the missing TTSport icons and the unused TTSport gadget found in the files
Added a 4-speed gearshift knob and animated JBeam gearshift levers
Dynamic mirrors
Adjusted warning indicators on the dashboard
Adjusted some “history” settings
Corrected prices for Career Mode (engines are still cheaper than, for example, in other cars)
In Version 1.1:
3D models of turn signals on the fenders and taillights
License plate lighting
Some .DDS textures have been removed and replaced with .PNG files
Interior textures have been redone, and ETK I-Series textures have been added for greater depth (but this increased the file size to 99.4 MB)
Interiors for right-hand-drive cars and 2 right-hand-drive configurations for each generation
Lighting From Version 0.39!
Some textures have been edited to match the new graphics in version 0.39
