Description

The Halloween version of East Coast USA is a separate map; it does not replace the regular one. It is the first of several free Halloween maps.
Night: A foggy night with a full moon over the forest and the coast. You can switch to twilight or a blood-red sky. At every spawn point, there’s a pumpkin patch and a small cemetery. The entire map is decorated with jack-o’-lanterns on porches and along roads, scarecrows, bales of hay, witches’ cauldrons, cemeteries in yards, ghosts, and bats. Pumpkins break when hit by a vehicle and respawn after a few minutes; graves, hay, and scarecrows are solid.
Monsters: zombies, skeletons, and pumpkin heads roam the roads, and a witch flies overhead. By default, they’re harmless. If you make them hostile, they’ll attack your car and leave dents. Sometimes a blood moon appears. The hearse’s headlights may flash in the mirror—don’t let it catch you. Sometimes the car may not respond.
Pumpkin Hunt: 13 cursed pumpkins are hidden along the roads. Collect them by crashing into them. The menu shows the direction to the nearest one. Progress is saved.
Halloween Menu: In the radial menu → Halloween (only on this map). Settings: Sky (twilight, moonlit night, blood moon, standard), monsters (on/off, harmless/hostile, types, quantity, damage), blood moon frequency and hearse (or summon immediately), hunting hint, sounds, and nighttime atmosphere (on/off, volume). Settings are saved between sessions.
Miscellaneous: all 5 standard spawn points, each with its own Halloween location and preview. Works alongside the standard East Coast USA map; nothing is replaced. Original map by BeamNG GmbH. All decorations, monsters, models, sounds, and scripts are mine.
