The Map Includes:
Urban districts;
A residential complex;
Garage cooperatives, industrial zones, and abandoned areas;
A hospital;
A police station;
A shopping area/plaza;
A Shell gas station;
The city outskirts;

Villages and rural roads;
Courtyards, parking lots, and sidewalks;
Woodlands, bodies of water, and industrial zones;
Spots for screenshots, leisurely driving, and exploration;
Several spawn points in different areas of the map.
This map was primarily designed for atmosphere, cruising, screenshots, and simple exploration. You can drive around the city, head to the outskirts, pull into courtyards, look for beautiful vantage points, and simply lose yourself in the surroundings.

Installation:
Do not unzip the downloaded archive. Place it in: C:/Users/YOUR_NAME/AppData/Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current\mods

In Version 3.1:
Fixed all issues related to the new 0.39 update.
