Description

A small town on the Texas coast with a shopping center, gas station, and lots of stores. Most of the town is still unfinished, but I’m working on it.

In Version 3.3 Massive Update:

Slightly improved sidewalks
New neighborhood
New shopping center
New fire station
Entire right side of downtown redone

New construction site
New island (not sure what to do with it yet)
Map landscape block expanded
Custom 3D model for the mall (in development)
Fixed textures throughout the area
Asphalt walkway usable but not finished
Mall removed
