Features

• The model was built from scratch: four chrome-plated guide columns, an upper crossbeam with four main cylinders and hoses, a movable press ram (with 80 metric tons of force) with guide bushings, a steel frame with access ramps on both sides, ladders with safety railings, upper guardrails, a hydraulic pump station, and a control panel.
• Realistic soft-body physics: the press punch is a structure consisting of nodes and beams that moves along the columns under the action of four hydraulic cylinders. The press frame remains stationary at its installation site.
• Force limit: the cylinders stop applying pressure when 1,000 metric tons is reached (this value can be adjusted in the tuning menu), so the punch’s movement realistically stops upon contact with the truck’s rigid frame.
• Interactive control panel—works on the same principle as the doors, hood, or trunk on standard vehicles.
• Keyboard controls when the press is selected as the active vehicle.
• Real-time display of the ram’s current stroke, the force being applied, and the peak force value while the press is in operation.
• Two size options: standard (1,000 metric tons) and XL version—a model 2.5 times larger for the largest vehicles in the game.
• Two configurations:
• 1,000 metric tons (standard)—6.5 × 13 × 9 meters; clearance under the press plate—2.9 meters; plate dimensions—5.5 × 8.9 m (weight 80 t); stroke — 2.75 m; force — 1,000 t (adjustable within the range of 100–5,000 t). Suitable for passenger cars, pickup trucks, and vans.
• XL (giant, 2.5x scale) – 16 × 32 × 22 m; clearance – 7.3 m; slab dimensions — 13.8 × 22 m (weight 400 metric tons); stroke — 6.9 m; force — 4,000 metric tons (adjustable within the range of 100–10,000 metric tons). Suitable for semi-trucks with trailers, buses, and dump trucks—allows for the simultaneous placement of multiple vehicles.
