Description

This is an app for ECU tuning in BeamNG. It works on virtually any car, with any engine or turbocharger. It is modeled after a real chip-tuning bench, but its main purpose is educational.
Tuning is performed using real maps. Color-coded fuel, ignition, boost, and lambda maps are available. You can select groups of cells and modify them by addition, subtraction, scaling by percentage, filling, smoothing, interpolation, copying, and pasting. Display modes for the base map and difference map are available; the active cell shows the engine’s current position on the map, and a 3D view of the map is also available.
The real-time page displays all engine operating parameters: lambda, knock, injector duty cycle, fuel pressure, intake temperature, and engine status, with alerts for deviations.
The built-in dynamometer allows you to evaluate the tuning results. After taking a measurement, you receive power and torque curves, and the first measurement is saved as a baseline for comparison with subsequent ones.
The “Training / Lessons” button launches a step-by-step guide. The car is configured for the lesson, and a sequence of actions is displayed with an explanation of each step.
There are 8 lessons available, ranging from beginner to advanced levels:

Setting up a two-stage launch limiter
