Full Installation Steps
1 Install and launch OpenIV navigate to your main GTA 5 game installation directory then enable Edit Mode
2 Extract the downloaded mod archive to locate the official OIV installation package
3 Drag and drop the full OIV package directly into OpenIV
4 Select and install the package into your GTA 5 mods folder
5 Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the final rpf file path replacement
6 Launch GTA 5 Story Mode and begin your exploration of the Beijing Central Axis
You can also use Menyoo trainer or Map Editor to teleport directly to this custom location
