CASA ROCKFORD – a warm-modern luxury mansion built on the empty construction plot across the street from
Michael’s house in Rockford Hills. Every room is enterable: real glass, real light day and night, no loading screens.
Works with MP maps on or off.

GROUND FLOOR

• Foyer with a black grand piano and a double-height stair hall with a helical staircase and a glass panoramic lift
• Living room with a travertine fireplace wall, glass wine-cellar cube, dining room for 10 and a kitchen with two islands
• Billiards room, art gallery, study, cinema with leather recliners and a starry ceiling
• Guest suite and a 3-car garage

UPPER FLOOR

• Upper gallery with a bar and arcade machines
• Master suite with fireplace, walk-in closet and stone tub, plus two more en-suite bedrooms

OUTSIDE

• Infinity pool with a glass wall and jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, terrace lounge with a fire table
• Lower garden with a sunken fire pit, putting green, automatic car gates and a 3-car garage ramp

SCRIPT FEATURES

• GLASS LIFT: call it, step in and use the on-screen button panel. The cabin, doors, counterweight and ropes really move

and you ride inside it. No loading screens, no fades.

• TLZ DOMUS SMART HOME: 5 wall keypads open a tablet to control 12 motorized floor-to-ceiling glass walls,

48 blinds, scenes (Open to the pool, Good morning, Evening, Movie night…) and the cinema mode.

• Automatic car gates, push doors, garage door, and no random security guards on the plot.

Mouse, keyboard or controller.

REQUIREMENTS
OpenIV (mods folder), ScriptHookV, Script Hook V .NET 3, up-to-date game. Packfile Limit Adjuster recommended.

INSTALLATION

1. Copy SP/tlzmegamansion to Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/tlzmegamansion
2. In OpenIV add to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml: dlcpacks:/tlzmegamansion/
3. Copy scripts/TlzCasaRock.3.cs to Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/

LOCATION: X -932.0 Y 161.2 Z 65.4 (front door, Rockford Hills, across from Michael’s house)

NOTE: the house replaces the vanilla construction site of that plot. It includes edited copies of that plot’s map files only
(model, collisions, LODs, ymaps and occlusion, list in the README). Not compatible with other mods that edit the same plot.
The pool water is visual only (not swimmable).
