Instructions:

Copy the ebs_mlo & ebs_mlo_land into “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks”.
Add dlcpacks:/ebs_mlo/ and dlcpacks:/ebs_mlo_land in your dlclist.xml in (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist)

Drop grapeseed.ymt file in “mods/x64a.rpf/levels/gta5/scenario
