Full Installation Steps
1 Install and open OpenIV then enter your GTA5 root directory and enable editing mode
2 Extract the downloaded compressed package to get the mod dlc folder
3 Put the complete dlc folder into update/x64/dlcpacks
4 Navigate to mods/update/common/windows
5 Open the dlclist.xml file with text tool
6 Add the corresponding dlc entry at the bottom of the file
7 Save the file and complete coverage replacement
8 Restart the game the map mod can be loaded normally
9 You can use Menyoo or Map Editor to reach the pedestrian street location quickly
