Drag and drop the folder into your resources. And “start wrx_prison” it in your server.cfg.
SP- Install
Copy and paste the folder (wrx_prison) to the directory.
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
And put this line in dlclist.xml ”wrx_prison”
