Introduction:

I’m back once again, with a little president speech type map.
Yeah, yeah I know there’s TONS of maps like this but I thought I’d make my own version.
(I also thought that most of them aren’t very detailed or they just throw a legion of swat and throw a few police cars and call it a day.)

As much as I like to try and avoid having any other mod requirements than Menyoo I’m afraid RDE is a requirement for this.
RDE has a brilliant selection of police cars, both marked and unmarked which are perfect for this map, it also has a news van as well.

Detailed Scene With:

Technician area
Crowds
Security guards and police officers
Medical areas

Realism Dispatch Enhanced 4.0

Installation:
Drag and drop “Presidential Speech.xml” into: Grand Theft Auto V>menyooStuff>Spooner.
Simply load it up.
